HOW IT WORKS?
We developed, the idea, to be applied for at our “on going gold mining operation in south Brazil and under testing at research mining laboratory. The results was good and consistent as expected. We will build a pilot plant using that amazing technology, to be included and applied for, at our operation.
The idea are: To create a big resonant and selective blasting chamber and equipment, able to crush big rocks, milling medium size rocks and grinding small size rocks at the same operation. That amazing cheapest machine uses a chamber in form or cylinder almost completely loaded with the targeted mining ore and water.
To get our goals and that big resonant and pressure event, we had to get an explosion inside a strong shell cylinder. The blasting, resonation and over pressure and water will crack all fractured material, as well as, the soft material like pyrite or other inclusions like micron size gold particles.
OBS: Normally when the sizing of rocks are so big, more than one explosion will be required for, so, we have to work like an explosion motor.
THE WATER PURPOSES:
Because liquid water are non-compressive, and because the higher pressure derived the explosion, will infiltrate into the cracks opening the crystal cells allowing the inside materials to be exposed and grinded inside the chamber. So to get more attrition a second and more explosions will be required for.
Another good work the water can do are, creating micron bubbles to allowed the particles to floated so, producing concentration to be collected.
WATER CLOSE CIRCUIT:
The same water can be recycled and used several times, avoiding environment impact, doing an effect of GREEN MINING TECHNOLOGY, avoiding any environment effects.
THE ENERGY:
That´s the greatest advantages of the new invention will be the lower use of energy. Our biggest energy fuel, for Crusher, Mill, grinder and concentration will be alcohol, however we can use electrical energy to produce hydrogen so, using hydrogen to produce required crusher explosion.
Our non-pollution choose fuel, to be used as energy, will be hydrate alcohol (ethanol) used as car´s fuel in Brazil.
